1. TERMS
By accessing Plan Your Perfect Day, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use for commercial purposes; reverse engineer any software; remove copyright notations; or transfer materials to another person.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
- Monthly subscription: $4.99/month, billed monthly
- Annual subscription: $49.99/year, billed annually
- Payment charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. DISCLAIMER
Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Plan Daily Limited disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. LIMITATIONS
Plan Daily Limited shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
